Shipping Policy

  1. We endeavour to ship all goods within 48 hours when a "complete order" is received.

  3. The term complete order refers to the payment clearance and a valid UK address validated.
  4. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to check their complete and accurate address on the check out. All errors and omissions are the buyer's responsibility.
  5. We only ship to UK (except for 28 post codes, which are part of Highlands, Ireland and Islands)
  6. We will share the tracking code / tracking number of a UK-Based carrier, tracking information could be verified independently from their website.
  7. We can’t be held responsible for a courier leaving the parcel in your shed / safe place. It’s buyer’s duty to write instructions on their door or inside their windows, instructing the courier what to do with their parcel if they are not at home
