Exchange & Refund Policy – Bargain Express

At Bargain Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and exchange request.

  2. Once approved, return the item according to the instructions provided.

  3. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement product if available.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bargain Express cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
