Returns & Refunds

Bargain Express is an e-commerce platform. We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We are happy to help you with a return or exchange when certain conditions are met.

1. All products are eligible for returns for up to 21 days (including weekend and bank holidays) from the date of receipt.
2. Buyer should make initial contact via the website or email within 21 days of receiving their goods and once return is approved, ship the items back within next 7 days.
3. Obtain your return authorization number and write it down on the parcel or on a piece of paper so that returns can be dealt with efficiently.
4. Buyer pays for all the return postage cost unless the product sent is defective and defect can be proved beyond any doubt.
5. We do not accept returns where an item is used, washed, or returned without all the relevant and appropriate packaging labels and tags.
6. We do not accept returns after 28 days. It is vital you keep us informed if there is any obstruction or hindrance in returning the goods back to us.
7. Once the goods are returned, refund shall be processed within 3 working days, after inspection (that is excluding weekends).
